Additionally, we provide extensive business, estate and tax planning advice to our clients free of charge. We help clients manage the complexities of large estates in conjunction with their other professionals to maximize rates of return and minimize tax liability. Centurion's experience and expertise supplement our clients' attorneys and accountants to optimize planning. The Centurion team works closely with lenders and borrowers to deliver fast, profitable results for all parties. Quick, accurate loan review and funding create demand among borrowers and attention among lenders.
Centurion Finance offers traditional loan packages of five million dollars and up to borrowers with more conventional needs. Centurion Finance is staffed by a team of experienced professionals, skilled in all phases of commercial real estate financing and dedicated to providing clients with the best possible service. We will package your loan and find the best local or national lender through our network of over 20 lending sources.
Centurion Properties owns, develops and manages office buildings in New Mexico. Aaron Hazelrigg oversees all aspects of operations and brings a firm grasp of property development issues to Centurion.
